- Channing Henry Clayton Baker is a 4th generation commercial builder and roofer. Starting as a laborer in 1996 for his father’s business to present day as Owner of EVOLVE, Channing Baker is a seasoned professional with an impressive tenure spanning over 23 years in the construction and roofing industry. For the last seven of those years, Channing served as the Director of Operations for FS360. In this pivotal role, he showcased his prowess in areas such as roofing, water mitigation, risk management, and contract compliance. This love for problem-solving became the driving force behind his commitment to spearheading intricate projects, especially those demanding meticulous risk mitigation.

- With over 15 years of engineering design experience in the government, industrial and light commercial industries, Scott brings a wealth of expertise to his role as vice president of the company. As VP of operations at Evolve, Scott is responsible for Operations, Procurement, Human Recourses, Safety and Design Build Engineering. His engineering design capabilities across a myriad of industries, passion for safety and deep belief in looking after his clients is what sets him apart from the rest. Scott holds a

Amar Das Project Management
- Amar Das, an ambitious and sharp-minded senior at Georgia Tech, is on track to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction in the Fall of 2024. His expertise lies in the niche of commercial roofing, seamlessly combined with commercial construction project engineering. With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering dedication to excellence, Amar has managed to carve a niche for himself even before his graduation.
- Known for his hands-on management style, Amar has a genuine passion for diving deep into the intricacies of construction. He doesn't shy away from getting his hands dirty, firmly believing that the best way to understand a process and ensure its success is by experiencing it firsthand. This approach not only garners respect from his peers and team members but also accelerates his learning curve, making him a valuable asset on any project.
- Currently, Amar is making waves in the industry as a Project Manager for a prominent $6M Joint Venture (JV) opportunity based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he showcases his multifaceted skills by taking direct responsibility for several critical aspects of the project, including the self-performance of TPO roof demolition, installation, pavers, ACM panels, and waterproofing.
